1. When will I get my order(s)?
Ready made items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. If your item(s) need to be made or personalised, or if you are ordering customised product, please allow 1-2 weeks before dispatch (depending on our order queue). Please note each item is hand crafted with love, that's why it requires some time for us to make. If you need an exact time frame (last minute gift, etc.) please don't hesitate to contact us prior to purchase. After dispatching, on normal case you will receive your item within a week within Australia and 3-4 weeks outside of Australia. In some rare cases where we are unable to fulfil your orders due to unavailability of raw materials, we will contact you immediately for substitution or other alternatives.
2. What method of payments do you accept? Is it safe?
Our website is supported with Shopify gateway checkout and Paypal. This will allow us to receive any type of payment that is convenient to you including payment by debit card and credit card with Visa, MasterCard and American Express logo. At the same time, this also guarantees that your payment is safe with us. We will send you a confirmation email for your purchase. We will also notify you when the item has been shipped. We hope you will have a great experience shopping with us.
3. Do you do custom or personalised orders?
We would be more than happy to make custom and personalised orders, do contact us for a quote and further discussion.
4. Sizing details
To help you get a better image of the real product, other than the product photo itself we try to give approximate sizing details in each product description on our listing. Please note they are only approximate size because manual sewing might have slight differences from one product to another. In case we miss something or you want to ensure some size, please don't hesitate to contact us.
5. Care instructions
All Pepe & Peach products use fabric and other accessories (straps, ribbons, metals, plastics). Most of the items are washable and easy to care. There is special note on the item description if the product is not washable. To prolong the life of your handmade items and to keep its beautiful vibrant colours, you may want to hand wash the items with mild gentle detergent.
6. Do you do gift wrapping?
When you are buying a Pepe & Peach item for someone, that someone certainly is special and we want them to feel your love. When we receive your order, we will wrap most of the items in ribbons/twine with a card and then with cellophane before it gets to the envelope, so your order will arrive at your door beautiful, clean and dry. We would be happy to do a card at no additional cost. Please contact us to include your personalised message.
7. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do international shipping all around the world.
8. Do you do other method of shipping such as tracked or express shipping?
We understand that sometimes you need things urgently. Please do contact us before purchasing the item to see other shipping methods we can provide you with and the additional cost associated to it.
9. Do you refund shipping overages? Can you combine shipping cost?
Yes, the shipping cost you paid are estimated cost. If you purchase more than one item with us, we will calculate the weight and volume of the items to determine the most economical method of delivery and we will refund you any overages $3 and above.

Pepe & Peach started with products I personally use as a mum. The products has grown alongside with my child's progress. And as a mum, I create products that I use myself. My idea is quality, purpose and design. Each items created will be of the highest quality, useful to you and done with fun beautiful fabric. Me and my little dinosaur certainly had great good times with them. Thus, whether as a gift or for your own, I hope that I can share you a bit of my joyful happy experience with them.
